- Our service consists solely of assisting customers in finding, booking, modifying, or canceling third-party rail reservations via our call center.
3. Pricing and Agency Fees
Many of our deals involve "unpublished fares" accessed through private consolidators. Because these require manual agent intervention to secure, our pricing structure is as follows:
- Prices quoted by our agents over the phone are inclusive of all mandatory government taxes and carrier-imposed fees.
- Agency Fees: TicketsOnTrain.com charges a non-refundable booking facilitation fee for all reservations, modifications, and cancellations processed by our agents. This fee is distinct from the carrier's ticket price and will be explicitly disclosed during your phone transaction.
- Fares are dynamic and are not guaranteed until the ticketing process is fully completed and a confirmation number is issued.
4. Accuracy of Information
The traveler holds sole responsibility for ensuring that all data provided to our agents is entirely accurate. Name spelling must match the passenger's government-issued identification exactly. TicketsOnTrain.com accepts no liability for boarding denials, ticket invalidations, or financial losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
All modifications, cancellations, and refunds are subject strictly to the fare rules established by the operating carrier.
- Certain promotional or unpublished fares may be entirely non-refundable.
- In addition to carrier-imposed penalties, TicketsOnTrain.com levies a separate agency fee for processing changes or cancellations on your behalf.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TicketsOnTrain.com, its directors, or its employees be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from transit delays, schedule alterations, missed connections, or carrier bankruptcies. Our maximum liability to any user is limited to the sum of the agency service fees collected for the specific transaction in dispute.
